We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient colleague for our client in Kungsholmen, who operates in the real estate industry. We offer a varied job with great responsibility and engaged colleagues. As a Lobby Ambassador, you are the client's face to the outside world and are expected to have a high service awareness - a hospitality beyond the ordinary, both to employees and their visiting clients. The role is 56% and located near Maria Square, Stockholm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and take care of visitors
• Handle mail and goods
• Manage a small café
• Purchase goods for the café
• Handle emails
• Be responsible for the client's areas such as meeting and conference spaces and order catering
• Diverse administrative tasks for the client and CBRE, such as handling purchase orders, invoices, reporting, and compilations, etc.
• Client contact, fault reporting, and handling of work order systems

We are looking for someone who (has/is):

• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite are fundamental.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Responsible, has good organizational skills, takes initiative, and is good at completing tasks
• Good at prioritizing and working solution-oriented
• Able to independently drive the client's events and activities with a professional/successful result
• A positive attitude, enjoys providing service, and has a high level of integrity
